I have been working out with Sue for somewhere north of 15 years, and I am 60 years old. While I am pleased that I get voted for best body in my tennis team even though I am the second oldest by decades, I am even more pleased that I have the strength and endurance of a much younger person. Working out is a discipline that is of primary importance in my life. Thank you, Sue!

"The single most important thing that has affected the quality of my life, along with a healthy diet and lifestyle, is working out."

- Carla M.

You, the trainer, pay attention to form, pace, heart rate, and every detail that makes every workout complete. Being in a private gym is more personable. It is not only a physical workout, it is equally a mental workout that clears the brain and provides a positive energy you feel all day. With a trainer there is less chance of injury, because there is complete focus on every move that you make during a workout. In a private gym you can workout, talk about proper dieting and the benefits of nutrition.

"The benefits of training with you in your private gym is that 'one-on-one' attention."

- Melissa R.

For over 8 years I have loved and appreciated all my time in the gym with Sue.

"Always a thoughtful and innovative workout based on what I want to achieve."

- Cathy W.

A workout designed for your body to help you reach your own personal fitness goals! (I.e., my six pound weight loss!!) The feeling of a health club without the 'audience' of a health club. One-on-one motivation! Helps make me accountable to someone I know who cares about helping me reach my personal goals.

"Customized one-on-one sessions that allow you to reach achievable goals."

- Karen A.

I can really focus on what I need to get done. You give me a plan and stay on top of me. This is particularly helpful when I am feeling less than motivated. Training with you is just as fun if not more fun than a big class and I don’t walk away with an injury or a pain simply because I wasn’t being taught at the right level for me.

"I prefer your gym because I get the personal attention that I really need to make my workout count."

- Kara B.

I love that you try different exercises based on ability and improvement. I love that it is quiet and peaceful. I don’t like neon and loud music and I don’t like being 'judged' by others who may be doing things more wrong than me. I love that most of the things we do, I can do at home.

"I love that you are very conscientious of form so that the person you are training doesn’t get injured."

- Kristina P.

Compassionate style. Training tailored to the individual with respectful consideration of each person's differences. And it is more than just training, always willing to share experience and knowledge.

"Enjoy the privacy and 1:1 attention. Motivates me to do exercises I would not do on my own."

Personalized Programming

Movement is just the beginning—sessions often include coaching around sleep, stress, nutrition, and daily habits.

You’ll get small, actionable tips to help you feel better and build momentum between workouts.

Whole-Person Coaching

You won’t do this alone. I'll act as your guide, cheerleader, and honest mirror.

Together, you’ll stay on track with grace and consistency, especially on days when motivation is low.

Supportive Accountability

With years of hands-on experience training women through all stages of life, including menopause, injury recovery, and aging-related changes, I create personalized fitness plans that are safe, sustainable, and built for real-life results.

My approach is grounded in deep listening, individualized progression, and an understanding of how movement, mindset, and lifestyle work together to support long-term wellness—including brain health. Through consistent physical activity and intentional lifestyle habits, we can even support neurogenesis, the growth of new brain cells, which plays a vital role in cognition, memory, and healthy aging.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from busy professionals to those managing chronic conditions or recovering from illness, and I collaborate with doctors and care teams when needed to ensure your plan supports your full health picture.

Hi, I'm Sue!

Nope. You just need a little space, a willingness to show up, and maybe a good pair of shoes. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, with no judgment, no pressure.

Equipment and fancy workout clothes or gear should never be a barrier to wellness, so come with what you have, messy hair, college sweats and all!

We can do a lot with just bodyweight, but a mat, dumbbells, and resistance bands are a great start. If you have more, we’ll use it. If not, we’ll keep it simple.

Your safety comes first. I’ll tailor every session to your unique needs and can coordinate with your healthcare provider to make sure you’re supported.

That depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. Some clients meet with me 2–3 times a week; others check in once a week and do follow-up workouts on their own.

Just book a consult. We’ll talk about where you are, what’s working (or not), and how I can help you move forward, with a clear plan that fits your life.

Let’s talk about your goals and design a plan that works for your body and lifestyle.
